By using any part of this website and/or placing an order on the website, ‘you’, ‘your’ ‘the customer’ agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are governed by English Law and your agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Hallam Candle retains the rights for images produced on this website. Images may not be used without consent from Hallam Candle. Any variations in the product are due to the nature of natural wax and individually hand crafted item.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are quoted in British Pound and are inclusive of VAT.
Postage is UK mainland only. Delivery is made between Monday and Friday we aim for delivery to be between 3 and 5 working days. Hallam Candle will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by events out of our control.
Returns and exchanges

Refund of the product purchased from the website will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned product, provided that you return the product in unopened, unused condition within 14 days of delivery in accordance to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refund of the product purchased from the website will be made within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation, provided that you return the product in unopened, unused condition within 14 days of delivery in accordance to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Purchases made from stockists of Hallam Candle are required to be returned to the stockist. Returns, exchanges and cancellations are covered by the terms of the stockist and not Hallam Candle.
Risk in the goods will pass to the Customer on delivery. Usage guides are included with candles.
Privacy and Liability
Payment details are not retained. Customer contact and order information is retained.
In no case shall Hallam Candle be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from the misuse of any product.
